Big Girls Don’t Cry

A few years ago I was in the ER with my 3-year-old daughter after she fell and sliced her forehead on the edge of a metal Tonka truck.  She had the nurses howling as she sang her rendition of “Big Girls Don’t Cry”. 

Here is a recent photo of her hamming it up in ballet class.

She has a gift for making people laugh, and I try to document her one-liners before I forget them.    Her “one-liners” were our inspiration for Text Moments on ThisLife.
